After swimming for over an hour today, I have been ravenous all evening. The good news is that my endurance at the pool has improved...

Breakfast
cheese on the go

Lunch
Qdoba chicken tortilla soup with cheese and crispy tortilla strips and two pulled pork crunchy tacos with lettuce, cheese, and pico de gallo

Snacks
light blueberry yogurt with strawberry-honey granola

light bread with lettuce, carrots, cheddar, and roasted red bell pepper hummus

Nature's Own thin cinnamon raisin bagel with Laughing Cow cream cheese, pepper jelly, and a chopped date

half a "little" Totino's supreme pizza (told you I was hungry!)

Dinner
Jambalaya and green beans
