Trapped at Camp - Cafeteria food!

So the reason why I've been quiet lately is that all last week I was working 24 hrs a day at a music camp. I was stuck on campus and had to make do with mostly cafeteria food all week. It took me several days to recover, but now I'm back to my photo journal... Here's a sample day of what I ate last week:

Breakfast
eggs (powdered), assorted fruit, biscuit topped with sausage gravy

Lunch
chicken tenders, squash, roasted potatoes, salad of baby spinach, broccoli, cheese, and croutons, with honey mustard dressing

Dinner
roasted potatoes (again) hidden under cheese, spicy chicken tenders (oh, the variety! *rolling eyes*), green beans, tomato, with ranch dressing
assorted fruit, a weird ice-cream cheesecake-like creation that I ate half of out of morbid curiosity...

Late night snack! (I have a fabulous brother who delivered something yummy every night for the adults to share!)
beignet "fingers" from Coffee Call with tons of powdered sugar (This was shared, and we also had regular square beignets) - FYI : A beignet is a soft, fried dough covered in powdered sugar, a south Louisiana late-night or morning delicacy, usually served with cafe au lait or hot cocoa
