Sunday, 7/15/12

Today was a busy day, and I was able to go swim for an hour in the afternoon. Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast
On-the-go breakfast of champions: apple, string cheese, and (most important) coffee
Antidoron bread at my church gig (and my favorite icon in the musician's corner)

Lunch
Jason's Deli salad bar: red bell pepper hummus, cheese, spinach, broccoli, carrots, peas, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, light ranch dressing, and a pickle spear
Jason's Deli half-sandwich (Sante Fe minus the dressing and the bacon, includes wheat bread, grilled chicken breast meat, cheese, tomato, and guacamole) and a side of fruit 
the best part: the sweet yogurt fruit dip

Snacks
Lean Cuisine Chicken Parmesan 
pecans

Dinner
sweet and spicy turkey mini-patties with beef Rice-a-Roni and sauteed veggies
...seconds (They were really good!)
