Wednesday, 7/18/12

Good day today. I got to work out and swim. Dinner was definitely the biggest meal of the day.
Here's what I ate:

Breakfast
Light wheat bread, egg, and a slice of pepper-jack cheese

Lunch
banana and string cheese

Market Pantry thin crust frozen vegetable supreme pizza slices
 
Dinner
pinot grigio

CPK's baja chicken spring rolls with guacamole

CPK's half-order of BBQ chicken chopped salad with avocado
